Do you charge per learner?
No. Growth is a flat platform fee with unlimited learners. Enterprise is custom-priced based on integrations, SLA, and support, not headcount.
What happens when I cross 100 learners on Starter?
Nothing breaks. Your program keeps running. We'll reach out with a Growth proposal sized to where you actually are.
Can I migrate from another LMS?
Yes. For Growth and Enterprise customers our team handles the import: courses, learners, completions, certificates. Typical timeline is 2–6 weeks depending on data shape.
How does the AI tutor get grounded in my content?
It only retrieves from your published lessons (and optional source documents you upload). You can scope it per course, restrict topics, or disable it entirely.
